Mr Neotia did his schooling in La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata and obtained B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Subsequently he completed the Owner President Management Program (OPM) from the Harvard Business School, USA.

Mr Neotia is the Chairman of Ambuja Neotia Group. Operating through several companies the Ambuja Neotia Group covers the entire spectrum of the Real Estate industry including Housing, Hospitality, Health Care and Education.

Mr Neotia was conferred with ‘Padma Shri’ by the Hon’ble President of India in 1999 for his outstanding initiative in social housing. He was also honoured with YPO Legacy of Honour Award in 2005.

Mr Neotia is the Immediate Past President of FICCI. He is a Member on the Society of Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. Mr. Neotia is a Member on the First Court of Tripura University. He is also a Member of the Chief Minister’s Advisory Council, Government of Rajasthan. Mr Neotia is a Member of the Chief Minister’s Core Committee on Industry, Government of West Bengal. He is on the Board of Shree Somnath Trust, Gujarat; as also Trustee, Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi.

Mr Neotia is the Honorary Consul of Israel in West Bengal.

Sudish has 18+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, P&L Management, Datacenters, Cloud Service Providers, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and Disaster Recovery etc.

Sudish has vast experience in managing large teams of Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Operations in India, AsiaPacific, Middle East and USA.

Prior to joining AmbujaNeotia, Sudish was the Vice President - Asia Pacific for Perpetuuiti Technosoft Pte Ltd( An Intel Capital portfolio Company). He also was a part of organisations like Commvault Systems Inc., Mphasis Ltd (an HP company), Trimax etc.

Sudish has been a core team member of various startups in Technology, Fintech, Education et out of which 2 startups were acquired by Billion Dollar Software giants.

Sudish is married to Vibha who is an MBA and an homemaker and is blessed with a son (Satvik-10 yrs) and a daughter (Lasya-3 yrs). Sudish is an avid cricketer and still plays at various levels. He is also fond of travelling, reading and watching movies.

He started his career as a management trainee and rose to handle several portfolios including Project Management, Property Management, etc. He is now in charge of Brand & Corporate Communications for the group reporting to the Chairman.

Pankaj Thakar is a Serial Entrepreneur with 30+ years of Corporate and Start-up Experience. In his Various C-level role and founder of multiple start-ups globally, he has built, advised and transformed, both corporate and start-up companies to become highly successful. He started his career with HCL Ltd and subsequently worked with India Telecom Ltd., before moving to USA with Consilnet Inc, a Global Start-up, based out of Silicon Valley, USA pioneering in Wifi industry with its Technology &Infrastructure solution with business in USA, Europe, Middle East & Asia. Post that he worked with Atlas Telecom in Franceand One World Interactive, UK and returned to India to startup Cellcast Interactive, a subsidiary of Cellcast Holdings Asia based out of Cayman Islands. All these companies have been in Technology and Consumer space.

Over the last decade Pankaj has specialized in Digital Media Strategies, Digital Marketing, Online Consumer Behavior and Big Data Applications & Analytics. He has built platforms, products & services that have been disruptive in their domain resulting in exponential growth for various companies. His understanding of the DigitalSpace & his eagerness to learn has made him best in understanding the consumer in Digital World.
